With over 25 years of experience working with clients and team members as a business owner he currently oversees projects facilitating client requirements in a project management role with the design and development team on the RealEstateCreate project.

Business Ventures:

• 2022, AfterNorth was created to encompas all of the brands and solutions into one unified entity.
• 2019, acquired 'DotNetInvoice'.
• 2018, acquired 'WeLikeIt' a Real Estate IDX provider Located in the Pequote Lakes area of Minnesota. This platform was recreated from the ground up and rebranded as 'RealEstateCreate[REC]'.
• 2006, acquired 'X-Games of Rochester', an Internet Cafe and gaming center which was rebranded as 'Lounge51' and moved to Broadway in downtown Rochester, MN.
• 2005, created the '0Spam Project' under the 'FusionZero' platform, a machine learning antispam platform which was later rebuilt from the ground up.
• 2000, combined the the companies, and rebranded them along with the computer store into 'Area51 Services'.
• 2000, acquired the assets for 'NetAffect' a web services company.
• 2000, acquired the client base for 'The Quest' a struggling Internet service provider in Rochester, MN. With a new brand and new management he was able to turn the company profitable within a year of acquisition.
• He started his first business in June of 1998, a computer store, 'Area51 Computers' located in Rochester, MN.

Personal Life:

Shawn is a proud father of four with his lifelong partner Nicole. Residing in the great state of Minnesota. Enjoys any outdoor adventures he can find, spending time with his family, mycology, fishing, woodworking, archery, and a good challenge of a new business venture.
